Park Crescent : a substantial part of one of the most recognisable terraces in London, on the edge of Regent’s Park was bought by clients Amazon Properties in just under three days in 2013. Amazon have, since then, been restoring and developing the site into 20 luxury homes, priced between £3.95m and £16m. To publicize the development and in conjunction with the world famous Frieze Art Fair in nearby Regent’s Park, they are throwing an epic A-list launch party to mark the official launch.
Brecher acted for our client Amazon Properties on the purchase and subsequent funding of the property. It was acquired at very short notice, with a team of 23 working day and night to meet the vendor’s deadline. Brecher have also been instructed on the sales of the completed flats.
