Alyson is a Partner in the Real Estate Finance team running a caseload of commercial and residential real estate transactional work and real estate finance work and providing general UK Project Management services to her International clients. She works with developers, real estate lenders (both Conventional and Sharia Compliant), UHNW and HNW individuals, family offices, and on-shore and off-shore property funds with a large number of her international clients hailing from GCC countries, most particularly from the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar.
Alyson is currently undertaking a Diploma in Islamic Finance, which is made up of the four individual certificates (Certificate in Islamic Commercial Law, Certificate in Islamic Banking and Takaful, Certificate in Islamic Capital Markets and Instruments and the Certificate in Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions), to ensure her GCC clients are assured that not only are the UK legal aspects to their Property transactions carefully managed but that she can also exhibit a thorough knowledge of the theory that underpins Islamic finance and understanding of the regulations which govern it.
