Andrea is a trainee solicitor in the Litigation Team.
Andrea assists the Employment Team, where she is involved in various contentious matters, focussing on discrimination, whistleblowing, and injunctions.
In addition, she supports the team with various contentious matters, acting for lenders, insolvency practitioners (in various capacities as liquidators, administrators, and receivers), directors, and shareholders. This includes the employment implications for staff arising out of insolvency related situations.
Her previous trainee seats were in Property Litigation and Commercial Property. Additionally, she has gained experience in transactional work, having previously worked as a paralegal in the Property Finance and Banking Team.
She will be qualifying into litigation at the end of her current seat.
