Andrea is a Solicitor in the Banking Litigation Team, where she supports the team in a variety of contentious matters. She represents a diverse range of clients, including lenders, insolvency practitioners (in roles such as liquidators, administrators, and receivers), directors, and shareholders.
She manages a wide range of banking disputes, with experience in claims related to loan agreements, guarantees, breaches of contract, and the enforcement of lenders’ loan security.
Andrea also assists the Employment Team, where she is involved in various contentious matters, focussing on discrimination, whistleblowing, and injunctions.
