Bhoomika is an Associate in the Real Estate finance and Banking, team with a focus on secured lending.
She has experience in advising lenders and commercial borrowers on high value bridging finance and commercial secured lending transactions, non-finance related residential and commercial property transactions. Working alongside the dispute resolution team, she has acted for receivers and lenders on the enforcement of security and other related issues.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Bhoomika worked for a large multinational corporate. Bhoomika is a fluent French and Hindi speaker.
