Caroline is a Partner in our Real Estate team who acts for both residential and commercial developers and has considerable experience in negotiating conditional contracts, option agreements and overage provisions as well as forward funding. She has experience in the apart-hotel and hotel sector, retail, serviced offices, co-living, PBSA and BTR.
In addition, Caroline has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and advises both landlords and tenants in the taking and granting of leases and ancillary management work. She has acted for numerous property investment clients and has experience dealing with all aspects of their portfolios, including lease renewals. Her tenant clients include corporate occupiers, retailers, restaurateurs and charities. Her practice also includes the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and has acted on portfolio sales and purchases of pub chains and petrol stations as well as transactions involving industrial sites and subsequent development work. She has experience in acting for both institutional clients and entrepreneurs including a number of international clients, housing associations and charities.
