Craig is a partner in the Real Estate team.
He deals with all aspects of commercial real estate and has a wide range of experience. He has particular expertise in acting for property trading companies as well as on the acquisitions and disposals of investment real estate and asset management work for landlords of retail, office and industrial premises.
Craig also regularly advises in all aspects of residential real estate whether it be in relation to residential development schemes (from advising and dealing with the site acquisition through to preparing the sale documentation and dealing with the subsequent sales); leasehold enfranchisement issues for both landlords and tenants; or high end residential conveyancing.
Craig joined the firm as a trainee in 2007 and qualified in 2009.
