Danielle is a Partner in our Real Estate Finance team with particular experience advising on complex, multi-site, development property finance transactions.
She acts for a number of the firm’s lender clients including funds, banks and specialist real estate lenders, advising on all aspects of acquisition, bridging, investment and development property funding and refinancing and enjoys working with the wider Brecher team so as to proactively drive transactions forward to completion.
Danielle has also acted for institutional investors, developers, real estate funds and public and private companies in respect of the acquisition, disposal and management of both individual and portfolios of properties within the leisure, retail office, residential and industrial sectors. She has also advised high profile corporate occupiers regarding their office and retail space requirements.
Danielle qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Brecher in 2012.
