Emma joined Brecher in February 2022 in the Construction team and in July 2022 gained the opportunity to move into the Property team.
In construction, Emma assisted on all aspects of non-contentious construction law including drafting appointments and collateral warranties. Now in Property, Emma assists fee earners mainly within the commercial property team on a wide variety of matters, from undertaking due diligence on acquisitions and preparing reports on title, to attending to land registry requirements and preparation of SDLT return. She does also have involvement in Landlord and Tenant matters to negotiate management documents and assist on research tasks.
Before joining Brecher, Emma had gained construction experience from a City Law Firm and from working in house in an international construction company.
