Hattie advises on company acquisitions and disposals, as well as joint ventures and company reorganisations. She has experience across multiple sectors including real estate, retail and technology. Hattie also advises on general commercial contracts, including terms and conditions.
Hattie has expertise in company law and assists with general company administration at both board and shareholder level, as well as advising on company constitutional documents and company restorations.
Hattie also has experience reviewing and advising on employment contracts and handbooks and performing due diligence on employment matters as relate to company sales. She has recently assisted on injunctive proceedings and responding to unfair dismissal claims.
Prior to joining the firm Hattie trained at and qualified into a firm based in the city.
