Jenna is a New Zealand qualified solicitor with a wide range of experience in non-contentious construction matters including construction financing and energy projects. She has experience acting for a range of clients including government entities, developers, contractors, subcontractors and lenders and has advised on all stages of the project lifecycle including procurement strategy and structuring, tendering, contract drafting and negotiation and contract administration.
