Joel is an Associate in the Litigation team specialising in commercial disputes, with a focus on insolvency and banking litigation.
Joel acts for banks, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, trustees, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals in relation to complex commercial disputes, including civil fraud, investigations and contentious insolvency matters.
Prior to joining Brecher, Joel worked alongside top solicitors and barristers, gaining valuable insights into litigation strategy and decision-making processes. He also gained significant experience at a leading national firm, where he handled financial litigation matters for a legacy UK bank.
Joel holds a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary, University of London and is an active member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association.
