Josephine is an Associate in Brecher’s Private Wealth team.
Josephine regularly advises on the administration of estates, wills, the creation and governance of trusts, succession planning and inheritance tax issues. She also has experience of advising on deputyship and mental capacity issues.
She has completed the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Advance Certificates in ‘Taxation of Trusts and Estates’, ‘Administration of Estates’ and ‘Will Preparation’.
Josephine acts for individuals, trustees, personal representatives, accountants and wealth advisers and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients.
