Jovita joins Brecher’s Commercial Litigation team, having previously been Head of Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration at a City law firm.
Jovita has significant experience in complex, cross border disputes and asset recovery across sectors.
In particular her expertise includes director and shareholder disputes, fraudulent transactions, breach of directors’ duties, asset tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence, injunctive relief/freezing orders, enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments and, cryptocurrency.
As a skilled negotiator she analyses the holistic effect on global settlements, alongside realistic prospects of recovery.
Jovita is a member of IBA (International Bar Association) and, RAIIDAR International (Recovering Assets, Insolvency, Investigations, Disputes and Restructuring).
