Kajal is a Paralegal in our Real Estate team who has experience working on both residential and commercial transactions. Her practice covers a broad range of real estate matters including the acquisition and grant of land rights for electricity and gas transmission (by way of wayleave agreements, substation leases/ transfers and deeds of easement); EV charging leases; the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property and property portfolios; and advising landlords and tenants on leasehold matters (such as leases, assignments, underlettings, surrenders and licences).
In addition to acting for a range of corporate clients across the banking, infrastructure and retail sectors, Kajal has significant experience acting for utilities companies and statutory undertakers on projects relating to the Energy sector. She also has experience acting for a number of local authority clients.
Kajal joined Brecher in February 2025, having previously worked as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at an international law firm.
