Peter is a Partner in Brecher’s Corporate Team and has over 20 years’ experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions. He joined Brecher in 2015 having previously been a partner at a major international firm since 2007. His experience covers both UK domestic and cross-border transactions and covers multiple sectors including real estate, private equity, media, energy and technology.
Peter also advises on senior executive employment contracts as well as equity based incentives including phantom option schemes.
He also has experience relating to the establishment of investment funds and has helped set up numerous real estate, private equity and venture capital funds for both UK-based and international clients.
