Redmond is a partner leading the banking side of Brecher’s Real Estate Finance and Banking team, specialising in mainly large, complex residential developments, acting for both lenders and developers.
Redmond’s experience includes advising lenders on traditional bi-lateral facilities, security issues and insolvency matters.
Redmond has created and implemented numerous alternative funding schemes for developer and lender clients and has considerable experience in dealing with both conventional senior and mezzanine lending together with other funding structures, including loan notes and off-shore deep discount bonds.
Redmond also works closely with our dispute resolution and banking litigation teams on insolvency-related matters, when advising on lender exit strategies and dealing with non-performing loans.
Redmond also acts on other real-estate asset classes including advising funds on commercial investment property acquisitions and disposals.
