Wahhaj is a Solicitor in the Banking and Finance team at Brecher.
He acts for various types of lenders and borrowers, and deals with a variety of high-value transactions, in particular, acquisition and refinance deals. He is also a member of the firm’s Shari’ah Banking team and works with our clients on Shari’ah compliant financing.
He joins us after having worked in previous law firms in Mayfair and the City.
